Three Options for Students Preparing for the Florida Exams

In order to take the Florida exam for Life, Health and Variable Annuities, you need to pass a 40-hour state approved class and receive a completion certificate to prove to the state that you have done so. We have been doing classroom classes for many years, and we have provided the pmreview.com study site for more than fourteen years to assist students as the tests have become more difficult. As the Internet has become friendlier, and the cost of gasoline has increased significantly, other options are appropriate.

Another factor: many of the on-line classes and some classroom classes use their own material to "teach you insurance" and how to pass the test. They don't use the "Florida book" written by NAIFA of Florida. Unfortunately, for those who don’t use the correct book, the exams in Florida are taken from that Florida textbook. Now doesn't it make sense to use the same book the state uses to make the exams? The questions on the pmreview.com site are directly related to the book and the material in the book... and the same material is found on the state exams. All three of our 40-Hour options require the use of the current edition of the NAIFA textbook.

40-Hour Florida Approved ONLINE LIVE Classroom Class

This is a Florida Approved Class that functions very much the same as traditional classes have for decades, but the students sit in front of their own computer, or one at their office or training center. Travel costs are eliminated. The class is LIVE. We start at 8 AM Eastern. We have breaks, time out for lunch, and end at 6 PM Eastern. The material the students see on the screen is identical to what is used in the classroom, our experienced instructors teach the class in the usual manner continually referring to the textbook, students can ask questions at any point, we have pop quizzes and end-of-chapter exams, and there is a final exam at the conclusion of the class.

The cost of the course is $130 which includes:

1. the 40-hour 2-15 Pre-licensing Class LIVE ONLINE
2. a 60 day use of our 800 Question PMReview ONLINE Practice Exam, and
3. a one-time access to the PMReview Schools 2-day LIVE ONLINE Review Class

40-Hour Florida Approved ONLINE Self-Paced Course

We have partnered with the Florida Insurance Licensing Association School to offer a Florida 40-hour course, which is completely ONLINE including the final exam for the course (you don't have to drive somewhere in the rain to take the test). This course is one part of the preparation for students who wish to take the 2-15 exam for the Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuities license. This also authorizes the student to take either the 2-14 exam for the Life and Annuities license, or the 2-40 exam for the Health license if the combination license is not needed. This is not a timed course. If it takes you less than 40 hours, you are not penalized.

The cost of the class is $130 which includes:

1. the 40-hour Self-paced 2-15 course ONLINE
2. a 60 day use of our 800 Question PMReview ONLINE Practice Exam, and
3. a one-time access to the PMReview Schools 2-day LIVE ONLINE Review Class

40-Hour Florida Approved Traditional Classroom Class

We have provided on-site 40-Hour classes for many years and for a wide variety of companies. We have had classes as far south as Miami and Naples, as far north as Jacksonville, and as far west as Pensacola. These are traditional classes scheduled for either four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days.

The cost of the class is $175 per student which includes:

1. The 40-Hour 2-15 Class in a traditional classroom setting
2. PMReview 800 Question Practice Exam and Review for 60 days, and
3. a one-time access to the PMReview Schools 2-day LIVE ONLINE Review Class
